Returns and refunds

If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return or exhange it, please notify me via email to [email protected] within 14 days.
After receiving my response with a return address you will have a further 14 days to return the product back to me. It needs to be unused and in original condition.
Please pack the product carefully and I advise to use tracked service for shipment. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
I will process the refund payment as soon as I receive the item. The payment will be refunded back to your original payment method.
